WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

Morgan Stanley Tower continues to monitor and stay abreast of recommendations from Florida Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and other regulatory and public health agencies to help minimize the spread of the virus.

While most tenants have worked remotely, we continued to staff the buildings and maintained services despite the reduced population. We took this time to thoroughly clean common areas and tenant spaces. This included high dusting, extra floor care, carpet shampooing, etc...

We also programmed the HVAC system to increase fresh air circulation as per CDC and ASHRAE guidelines. Building-wide, air filters have been replaced.

And as you may be aware, security staff remained onsite to ensure building occupants and property were protected.

GOING FORWARD

We want to make sure that your return is safe and comfortable, so we have established a plan to safely accommodate returning building occupants. We've implemented bi-weekly enhanced cleaning provided by Bio-Away which includes fogging of the lobbies, elevators, restrooms and common areas and installed nanoSeptic "self cleaning" elevator buttons.  All chemicals are CDC approved.  In addition, we offer the following information and protocols that we would like all building occupants to be aware of:

IN GENERAL, IF YOU FEEL ILL, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU STAY HOME IN ORDER TO LIMIT THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO OTHERS.

PRIORITIZING SAFETY

The building will continue evening cleaning, according to normal procedures. If you would like additional cleaning or special services, please contact the building management office.
